Contact us to report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.  We will arrange a collection in the event that we have delivered the wrong item.

If there is a fault we must receive photographic evidence of damage.

Any return due to unwanted item maybe returned in the condition it was received at the cost of the purchaser.

No return is allowed on furniture.

Payment will be returned on good condition of the goods within 2 weeks of delivery.  A deduction maybe made for the cost of return and poor condition received.
